ultimate malaria-free bush adventure just two hours north of
Gauteng.
The little town of Vaalwater, the hub of the
Waterberg region, can be reached easily from Johannesburg (235 km)
and Pretoria (175 km). Your game experience starts while leaving
the main road to the lodge. If you’re lucky you’ll find rhinos,
many species of antelope and hippos...
Get as close as possible to wildlife during a game
drive in an open 4x4.
The guest lodge at INAFRICA SAFARIS is
generously built next to a dam. Enjoy comfortable rooms in a
luxurious but leisurely set-up. Relax at the pool and have a
sundowner in the outside bar.
Close to Vaalwater a visit at the Rhino
Museum is a must. Elephant riding is being offered on a game
reserve close by.
The owners of
INAFRICA SAFARIS, the Coetzee family, also have a
game and nature reserve in Mocambique, just next to Gonarezhou
National Park (Zimbabwe). The Coetzee’s run a tented camp there
and are busy building a lodge. The more adventurous will find
excellent game viewing in an unspoilt area and the ulitmate bush
experience. Tours to the nature reserve in Mocambique can be
arranged with the Coetzee family.
They also operate a well equipped souvenir shop in
Vaalwater (coming from Makopane - before first crossroad). |
