Amidst beautiful scenery of green forests, waterfalls and mountains nestles the malaria free, picturesque village of Sabie. Villa Ticino Guest House is located in the heart of Sabie within a short walk to shops and restaurants. It is the ideal and perfect base for extended stays to explore the numerous sightseeing attractions in the area: Panoramaroute with Blyde River Canyon, many waterfalls, Sudwala Caves with a traditional village, Botanical Garden in Nelspruit, Kaapsehoop with wild horses, Escarpment, Lowveld and the Kruger National Park.

The handbeaten facebricks lend a unique flair to this well established guest house tastefully decorated with a contemporary elegant ambience. The spacious double storied European villa offers a casual house bar, an attractive guest lounge with open fire place and magazines as well as a veranda with mountain view and a lush garden with a secluded pool for a refreshing dip.

Here, your Swiss/German hosts Felix and Ute extend a warm welcome to guests. They will not only spoil guests to a daily changing speciality breakfast and personal service but will also assist on request with information about restaurants and sightseeing attractions in the vicinity.

Villa Ticino offers five twin bedded guest rooms and one guest room with a queen sized bed. All rooms are en-suite and feature their own charming decor. Five of our light and streamlined guest rooms elegantly combine a Ticino and Mediterranean ambience and one guest room is in an East-African style with a harmonious contrast. Our double rooms are equipped with tea/coffee making facility, safe, TV, radio alarm, seating area, barfridge, hairdryer, dressing table, heater and ceiling fan.
