Enjoy stunning landscape, wonderful hosts, delicious food and a real
Karoo-Farm.
 Wilgemond
Guest Farm is situated in the magnificent Swartberg Mountain range
close to Meiringspoort and Klaarstroom.
Nelmarie and
Guilaume welcome you on their Karoo farm and offering warm
hospitality. The old Cape Dutch farmhouse is an ideal base to explore
the surrounding (Oudtshoorn, Meiringspoort,
Swartberg
Pass, Prince Albert…). You can also hike or take the chance and relax
 at
the pool.
As a real Karoo
farm the Swiegers are raising ostriches and cultivating flowers and
wine.
 Maybe
the biggest dream of Guilaume come true and he can manage his own wine
cellar. Nelmarie started the flower business some years ago and were
impressed about the talent of some farm workers. Today she is selling
a lot of flower bunches in the surrounding areas.
At
Wilgemond
you can also taste a real “Witblitz”, a snaps made out of grapes.
Highlights at the guest farm are always the meals. Nelmarie is a passionate
cook. She is serving as well typical South African food.
