From the little town of Otavi this roads leads you towards the Northeast. Via Rundu you'll reach the capital of Caprivi, Katima Mulilo, close to the borders of Botswana and Zambia. Via Botswana (Kasane) you can also proceed right through Zambezi National Park to Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe.
