All contracts are agreed upon according to German legislation. All
offers and benefits of travel-southernafrica.com are dealt under these
regulations. Changes, supplements and further agreements have to be
arranged for in written form and require a confirmation. All our
offers are subject to alteration.

Use of the
platform & our benefits
A contract is confirmed after the confirmation (order confirmation
or invoice). All information published is due to the information
received at the time of the order. travel-southernafrica.com reserves
the right to acknowledge the participation of new tourism related
products.
3.
Rates & Conditions of payment
All prices are according to the relevant price list at the time of the
order. All payments are due within 30 days from the date of the
relevant invoice.
4.
Liability and guarantee & domain
We are not liable for any reservations that came true due to the use
of the internet platform travel-southernafica.com. All contracts in
regards of reservations are handled between the tourism-related
products and their clients themselves. The products represented
through travel-southernafrica.com are responsible for the information
published on their website interlinked with travel-southernafrica.com.
There is no obligation from travel-southernafrica.com to check the
relevant websites. Travel-southernafrica.com will not link with
websites that contain illegal or illegitimate information.
All information published on travel-southernafrica.com has to be
checked by each participant. Defective information has to be reported
in written form within 30 days after the confirmation that the
information has been published on travel-southernafrica.com.
Travel-southernafrica.com cannot be held responsible for defects of

The client allows travel-southernafrica.com to save personal data
that is provided with the business relationship. It is travel-southernafrica.com’s

wanted travel-southernafrica.com has to be informed accordingly.
6.
Salvatorical clause
Should one or more conditions of this contract be -totally or in
parts- unlawful, all other conditions remain untouched. These unlawful
conditions will be replaced in retrospective and a regulation that
will contain -if possible- a similar content to fulfil the aim of the
contract.
